“I want to make sure that all kids have the opportunity to learn about and care for the environment around them, appreciate nature and its connection to them. I have had the opportunity to work on State and local policy to change the behavior of our government, to reflect a better concern and prioritization for the environment and our natural resources. In the private sector, I can work with companies that bring sustainable practices into our everyday use. I am proud to be a part of the work that Splash is doing to bring nature and science into classrooms, and bring kids and teachers to nature to develop the next generation of leaders and stewards.”
