
The Project AWE (Agriculture, Water, Energy & Environment) program Manager works alongside the CEO to support Splash’s strategic plan. Reporting to the CEO, this role handles all the program management of our Project AWE program in partnership with the Sacramento Area Sewer District (Sac Sewer). The program manager will be responsible for the performance of the Project AWE program for 2nd-5th grade classes. Working highly collaboratively with the CEO, Program staff, board members, and volunteers, this is a fantastic role for an energetic, experienced “people-person” who knows how to communicate with teachers, staff, and management. Someone highly organized, nature-loving, and a team leader who loves seeing students and teachers learning and growing! This position works with a great deal of independence but with extreme diligence.
