We’re thrilled to announce that we’ll welcome the next 60 Youth Environmental Leaders to our June camp (June 2–June 27). Choose the best week for your child, and prepare for daily field trips around Sacramento! Your child must be entering the 6th or 7th grade this coming fall.
Why Join?
- Exciting Field Trips: Every day, campers explore a new location, discovering the wonders of the environment.
- Hands-On Learning: Immerse yourself in outdoor adventures while learning about conservation and stewardship.
- Entirely FREE: Camp runs Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in exchange for volunteer service from youth participants.
- Learn About Sustainable Careers: The camp’s biggest goal is to inspire kids at a young age to explore careers where they can make a positive impact on the environment.
Early Access for Volunteers
Preference will be given to applicants who complete one of the two required volunteer activities between 03 Feb and 31 Mar, perfect for those who love being outdoors and helping their community.
